Step 1

Start  SoftPhone  program

To make  a call do the following actions:
Enter  seven-digit  Mobile One customer number, using the keyboard. An example: 0021006- Mobile One network sunscriber number.

 

Step 3

To make a call press the button on the program phone or press button Enter on the keyboard

To  complete a call:  
There are a few ways to complete a call:
To press the button "the call Termination"
To press the button Esc on the keyboard
To click the mouse on an icon of the indicator of a call, then to choose  "Hang up"

To make a call do the following actions:
Enter * - then - 999 - then the  Skype subscriber number, using the keyboard.
Example:
*999ХХХХХХ ХХХХХХ - the Skype subscriber  number.

To make a call press the button on the program phone or press button Enter on the keyboard

To  complete a call:  
There are a few ways to complete a call:
To press the button "the call Termination"

To make a call do the following actions:
To  dial phone number of the subscriber enter: a country code   a city - code and wanted phone number.
Example:
7+495+ХХХХХХ   7 is a code of the country(Russia), 495 -city code (Moscow), ХХХХХХ the number of the Moscow subscriber.

To make a call press the button on the program phone or press button Enter on the keyboard to  complete a call the button

If the  error is made during   phone number dialing , it is possible to remove number, having pressed button Esc on the keyboard or the button "the call Termination" in program phone, then dial number the correct one.

The last ten numbers are automatically stored in SoftPhone memory. To display  the list of numbers press an arrow downwards on the keyboard. For making a call to a number from the list, you need to have the wanted one picked up by pressing on its line; after the number is display ed on the screen of the program phone, initiate  a call by pressing the button "Call" in program phone or button Enter on the keyboard.

How to install Soft Phone program

Step 1

To install SoftPhone program, it is necessary:

  1. Make sure that your computer, is connected to the Internet.

  2. Open the browser (I.Explorer 7 and above, FireFox, Opera etc.),

  3. Install SoftPhone

To get the program SoftPhone working you need to operate last Java version for your computer.
Download and install last Java version.

Step 2


Further in the window opened, in line "User name" enter  the phone number of the user (Login), for SoftPhone number given to you  at the time of purchase of. Further in line "Password", enter the password   which had received at the time of the purchase of the phone, for SoftPhone.

  Further press [Ok] Then, SoftPhone program, will be loaded automatically and the window of the phone program will open:

After the first loading, on a desktop there will be an icon by which  furthe r the user can start the application.
